Explosion-Proof Three-Phase Asynchronous Motor
Overview
The YBX3 series flameproof three-phase asynchronous motor has a special explosion-proof design that allows it to be used safely in flammable and explosive environments. The motors follow the relevant explosion-proof standards and codes to ensure their safety when operating in hazardous environments.
The YBX3 series of explosion-proof three-phase asynchronous motors (block number 63-355) are designed in accordance with GB3836.1-2010 “Explosive Environment Part 1: General Requirements for Equipment” and GB38362-2010 “Explosive Environment Part 2: Equipment Protected by Explosion-proof Enclosure “D”" and MT451- 2010 “General Technical Specification for the Safety Performance of Low-voltage Three-phase Asynchronous Motors for Coal Mines”, made of isolated type. EXDIGB, EXDIIBT4MB, suitable for use as general power equipment in coal mines containing methane or coal dust and in stationary equipment underneath (EXDIGB) or in places containing an explosive mixture of flammable gases or vapours of Class A and B, T1-T4 (EXD°IIA4MB, EXDIIBT4MB) and air. .
Features

Usage: The YBX3 series explosion-proof three-phase asynchronous motor is widely used in flammable and explosive places such as petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, natural gas, etc. They are suitable for driving various mechanical equipment, such as pumps, fans, compressors, etc.
Scope of use: The YBX3 series explosion-proof three-phase asynchronous motor mainly includes the following fields: 1 Oil and natural gas industry: It is used to drive oil well equipment, Oil pipeline, oil storage tank and other equipment. 2. Chemical industry: used for driving various chemical equipment, such as mixers, centrifuges, etc. 3. Pharmaceutical industry: used for driving pharmaceutical equipment. 4. Food and beverage industry: used for driving food processing equipment. 5. Other flammable and explosive environments: Used in other industrial fields that require explosion-proof performance.
It should be noted that the YBX3 series explosion-proof three-phase asynchronous motor needs to follow corresponding safety operating procedures and explosion-proof requirements during installation and use to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.

The rated power of 3kw or less is Y-connected
Rated power 4kw or above for△, Y or A/Y connection
